at Missouri State Parks
June 8, 2019
Getting healthy can be easy and fun when you spend a day outdoors at a Missouri state park or historic site! Missouri State Parks is participating in the National Recreation and Park Association's national initiative, Family Health and Fitness Day, on June 8, 2019. Celebrated the second Saturday in June each year, this special day promotes the importance of parks and recreation in keeping communities healthy. By participating in this initiative, Missouri State Parks wants to highlight the health and wellness benefits of visiting a state park or historic site.
