at Finger Lakes State Park

Accessible SymbolThis symbol indicates that the specified area is fully compliant with Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG).

Accessible SymbolPark Office

The park office is the first building you’ll come to after entering the park. Here you’ll find an accessible parking space adjacent to a pathway to the office entrance. Inside, helpful staff is waiting to answer your questions and park information is available. An accessible restroom has a side-transfer toilet and lever-handled faucets. Alternatively, you may drive up to the window to conduct business.

Accessible SymbolPicnic Area

This pretty wooded area offers mostly level, paved parking with one space designated accessible. A paved pathway leads to an accessible restroom with side-transfer toilets and lever-handled faucets. A water hydrant, a fountain and a paved picnic site with an extended-end table and pedestal grill are also located along this path.

ATV Staging Area

This is a large gravel lot with loading ramps and a few picnic tables. The vault toilet has a designated paved parking space and side-transfer toilets connected by a concrete apron.

Accessible SymbolMotocross Track

The whole family can enjoy this area, which has been modified for accessibility. Four paved, designated parking spaces are next to a pathway leading to the viewing area, a water fountain, restroom and the concession stand with more restroom facilities. Extended-end picnic tables, benches and open space on the patio allow plenty of seating options overlooking the track. The patio and bleachers are sunny; however, the concession area provides a shade.

Accessible SymbolCampground

The lightly wooded campground offers one electric and one basic campsite, which include an extended-end table, lantern post and fire ring. The centrally located showerhouse provides lever-handled faucets, roll-in showers, front-transfer toilets and electric hand-dryers. The dump station has not been modified. An accessible vault toilet is available for the off-season, but has no parking at this time.

Accessible SymbolBeach

The beach area has five designated parking spaces and a 1/10-mile paved pathway with a maximum slope of 3.5%. A bench is located midway for resting. The path leads to an accessible change house, which provides changing rooms and side-transfer vault toilets. A shower tower and accessible water fountain are also provided. A paved pathway leads to the normal pool level of the beach. This beautiful area is sunny; however, the change house breezeway and the pathway provide shade.

Accessible SymbolBoat Ramp/Fishing Area

One parking space is designated adjacent to a paved pathway leading to a curbed concrete fishing dock. The parking lot provides a level staging area for the boat ramp, which has a maximum slope of 9.9%. No restroom is provided. The closest restroom would be in the picnic area or the ATV staging area.

Although unmodified, visitors may find other bank fishing locations available to them that are of level packed gravel or solid turf.
