at Towosahgy State Historic Site
The American Indian mounds are in evidence on the right as you pull into the gravel parking lot. A paved pathway bounds the lot and leads to an interpretive shelter. From here, mown natural turf paths lead through the sunny field to the top of several mounds and to the borrow pits.
A vault toilet is available; however, the path is gravel, and the threshold has a 1-inch lip.
