Blackberries are plentiful but small this year. But that doesn't mean we can't eat them! Don't have blackberries in your area? No problem, you can buy them at the store. We will make several blackberry dishes that you can sample and learn how to make, including blackberry jelly. If you would like to take jelly home, please bring a 4-ounce or 8-ounce jelly jar with you.
This class is free and open to everyone age 16 and older. Registration is required, and there is a limit of 12 participants. To register, or for more information, contact Connie at 573-751-1224 or connie.weber@dnr.mo.gov.
