at Pershing State Park
Whether your group is large or small, you will find the perfect spot for a picnic lunch or family gathering. Several picnic sites are available in the park, along with two shelters.
Picnic Shelters
The park offers an enclosed picnic shelter with kitchen facilities and an open shelter with water and electricity. The enclosed shelter is $60 to rent for the day and requires a reservation. It can accommodate up to 60 people. The open shelter can be reserved in advance for $40 or may be used at no cost on a first-come, first-served basis if not reserved. It can accommodate up to 40 people. Both shelters have playground equipment and suit large family gatherings or special outings well.

*Shelters can be reserved online from 30 days to 12 months in advance of the day of use. Reservations for arrival dates less than 30 days out can be made only by contacting the park.

Playground equipment is available near each shelter.
