Journey of the Keelboat - Cancelled due to Flooding

4/20/2019 | Lewis and Clark State Park | Rushville, MO

Let your mind drift back to the early 1800s, a time when travel was either by foot, horseback or boat. The land to the west was a new frontier and the Corps of Discovery set out to explore and record their findings. Join staff for a presentation on this famous expedition lead by Meriwether Lewis and William Clark. View a 2/3 size replica keelboat and discover the purpose that it served on the journey.

The program will take place in the keelboat exhibit area of the park office. If you have any questions about the program, contact the park office at 816-579-5564.
