Blue Star Museums Program

at Missouri State Parks

Missouri State Parks is proud to be a part of the Blue Star Museums Program, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.

This program is a collaborative effort of the National Endowment for the Arts, Blue Star Families, the Department of Defense and more than 2,000 museums across the U.S.

Those currently serving in the United States Military and their families will receive free admission to museums and historic sites that are part of the Missouri State Parks system by showing their military ID.

The 2019 program will begin on Saturday, May 18, 2019, and end on Monday, Sept. 2, 2019. The following state historic sites are participating int he program:

Arrow Rock State Historic Site, Athens Battle of Athens State Historic Site, Revere Battle of Lexington State Historic Site, Lexington
Battle of Pilot Knob State Historic Site, Pilot Knob Thomas Hart Benton Home and Studio State Historic Site, Kansas City Bollinger Mill State Historic Site, Burfordville
Nathan Boone Homestead State Historic Site, Ash Grove Bothwell Lodge State Historic Site, Sedalia Confederate Memorial State Historic Site, Higginsville
Deutschheim State Historic Site, Hermann Dillard Mill State Historic Site, Davisville First Missouri State Capitol State Historic Site, St. Charles
Hunter-Dawson State Historic Site, New Madrid Jefferson Landing State Historic Site, Jefferson City
