Safety while hiking is important. Washington State Park interpretive staff will guide you on techniques to stay safe while trekking and what you'll need for a hiking survival kit. Approximately one hour.

Saturday

1 p.m. Blowgun Competition - Campground Amphitheater
Join your friends and fellow campers in a friendly blowgun competition! Approximately one hour.

4 p.m. Shelter Struggle - Campground Showerhouse
Do you have what it takes to build a survival shelter? Washington State Park interpretive staff will host a survival shelter building challenge. Approximately one hour.

7 p.m. Fire Fight – Campground Showerhouse
Proper fire building techniques could save your life. Are you able to build a fire? Washington State Park interpretive staff will host a survival fire-building challenge. Approximately one hour.

Sunday

9 a.m. Edible Environment – Campground Amphitheater
Join Washington State Park interpretive staff as they explore the edibles in the natural environment. Approximately one hour.
