Wildflower Jelly Making

4/15/2023 to 4/16/2023 | Current River State Park | Salem, MO

Look at all those pretty flowers. I wonder what I could make with them. Hmmm … JELLY, of course! But how do I do that?

If you have ever wondered how to make the wildflower jelly that you see everyone posting on social media, then sign up for this hands-on class to learn how. The class will be held April 15 and 16; it will cover the same materials both days.

Participants should bring a water bottle, lunch or a snack, and 4-ounce jars to take jellies home. They should also plan on taking a short walk around the park to gather some of the flowers.

Space for this class is limited, so registration is required. To register, contact Connie at 573-751-1224 or Connie.Weber@dnr.mo.gov.

Class Times: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
