Landing After Hours: Missouri True Crime

The 2022 “Landing After Hours” series opens with a tale of true crime from the host and creator of "Show Me Murder," Michael Lear. On May 10, 1894, a farmer found the bodies of the Meeks family buried under a haystack. Follow the story of the crime, the relentless pursuit of the perpetrators, and the remarkable young girl who survived the attack and helped take down two career criminals.

This program will be held in person at Jefferson Landing State Historic Site and also livestreamed on the Missouri State Museum’s Facebook page.
