"Blackberry Bramblers" Class

7/25/2021 to 7/26/2021 | Current River State Park | Salem, MO

Join us along with Kirsten Alvey-Mudd on July 25 or 26 for a blackberry feast! We will be making a wide range of wild blackberry treats that you can sample and learn how to make, including blackberry jelly, blackberry kefir ice cream, blackberry cobbler and more. The best part is you don't have to pick the blackberries! If you would like to take jelly home, please bring a 4-ounce jelly jar with you. This is an informative and hands-on class. Bring a lunch and enjoy some time in the kitchen learning how to turn these bold berries into sweet treats.

Space is limited, and registration is required. Contact Connie at 573-751-1224 or connie.weber@dnr.mo.gov.
