Babler Honeysuckle Bash

10/17/2020 | Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park | Wildwood, MO

Would you like to help our streams take back their banks? Join us at the Walnut Grove Picnic Area to help cut back invasive bush honeysuckle. If this is sounds like your cup of tea, join us in taking back the creek!

Bush honeysuckle is an invasive plant that can damage the natural ecosystem of an area, such as stream banks. This can lead to erosion, silt deposition and other problems for the wildlife inside the creek that depend on healthy clean water to survive.

Event Time: 10 a.m. - noon
