First Day Hike

1/1/2020 | Big Sugar Creek State Park | Pineville, MO

Join us as we celebrate a new year in nature! A naturalist will lead a 3-mile hike on the Ozark Chinquapin Trail at Big Sugar Creek State Park on New Year’s Day as part of America's State Parks First Day Hikes initiative. This event is free and open to the public. Please dress for the weather, wear closed-toe shoes, and bring water and snacks. We will meet at the Ozark Chinquapin Trailhead at 10 a.m.

For more information about the event, contact the Roaring River State Park interpreter at the Ozark Chinquapin Nature Center at 417-847-3742.
