Robertsville State Park proudly presents MO Storytellers during the month of September! All are welcome to come and hear three talented storytellers present their wild and wooly tales around the campfire.
Ric Vice told stories to children for 19 years as a school librarian. He loves telling stories that use laughter, sound effects and characters with a message that students can take home. His tales engage listeners, drawing on his background as a professional jazz musician, to enliven the stories with sound and movement. Vice has performed as a regional storyteller at the St. Louis Storytelling Festival for the past seven years and will appear again this year.
This event will take place in the day-use area. Seating is limited, so guests should bring their own chair. S’mores will be provided by park staff.
