Come out to the park for the celebration of both the dedication of the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) remembrance statue and the 80th birthday of Dr. Edmund A. Babler Memorial State Park. There will be crafts, games and displays about the CCC and the Babler family. This part of the festival will be held from 10 a.m. to noon in the park’s visitor center.
Beginning at 7 p.m., join us for a special musical performance by Mike Pace. Pace will demonstrate and play folk music on a mountain dulcimer, filling the surrounding woods with a live musical performance. Meet at the campground amphitheater. Click here to read the news release.
