Saturday, Aug. 5
  • 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. - Nature ID Table
    Come test your skills and talk with park interpreters about items that can be found in the park. Meet at the playground in the campground.
  • 2 p.m. - 3 p.m. - What Lives in a Creek?
    Bring your water shoes, because we’ll be getting wet as we walk through a creek to discover what kinds of animals live there. Meet across from Walnut Grove Shelter.
  • 7 p.m. - 8 p.m. - Army-Dillos
    What’s that sound? I hear marching… come discover what animal is moving north, equipped for battle. Meet at the campground amphitheater.
Sunday, Aug. 6
  • 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. - Naturalist Hike
    Come join a park naturalist for a hike on one of the many trails at Babler State Park. Meet at the visitor center.
  • 2 p.m. -3 p.m. - Explorer Hour

    Come learn about the Missouri State Parks Explorer Program and take home a fun craft! Meet at the visitor center.
