Spring Wildflower and Migratory Bird Hike

This spring nature hike along the boardwalk will showcase spring wildflowers, flowering trees and migratory songbirds of bottomland forests and swamps in the park. We will also look for mushrooms and other wildlife during the about one hour hike. The nature hike will begin at the Big Oak Tree Interpretive Center parking lot and proceed along the elevated boardwalk. Total distance traveled will be about 1.5 miles.  Bring your binoculars, cameras and sense of adventure for this fun-filled morning.
