1/1/2025 | Crowder State Park | Trenton, MO
Join Crowder State Park staff for a hike to start the new year off right! We will meet at the special-use area at 10 a.m. to begin this 1.8-mile hike on Redbud Trail.
Redbud Trail takes hikers into an area similar to the Ozark highlands of southern Missouri, as it follows a headwater stream through rich bottomland forest lined with sandstone outcrops. The trail consists of natural surfaces and is considered moderately difficult. Participants are encouraged to wear sturdy closed-toe shoes, dress for the weather, and bring water.
This event is free, open to the public, and suitable for all ages. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash no longer than 10 feet at all times.
Registration is required and can be completed by clicking here. In the event of a cancellation, a notice will posted on the park's Facebook page and the Park and Site Status Map.
For more information, visit the park's Facebook page or call the park office at 660-359-6473.
