Cuivre River State Park will host a quarterly volunteer meeting at the visitor center at 6 p.m. on Thursday, April 11. During the meeting, park staff will discuss the various volunteer opportunities for the upcoming months. These opportunities include, but are not limited to, litter patrol, campground cleanup, campground hosting, invasive species management, graffiti removal, trail maintenance, and assisting with programs and maintenance projects. Staff will also discuss upcoming Volunteer Days, provide updates on park happenings, and answer general questions.
You do not have to be a registered volunteer to attend the meeting. Anyone who is interested in volunteering, or who is a regular volunteer, is encouraged to stop by! Park staff can help you register to become a volunteer at the event.
Meeting time: 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.
