Great Backyard Bird Count: Guided Bird Walk

2/17/2024 | Lewis and Clark State Park | Rushville, MO

It’s the Great Backyard Bird Count! Become a citizen scientist by collecting data with park staff during this guided bird walk on Gosling Lake Trail. Along the way, we will be counting and recording all the birds we see.

Gosling Lake Trail has a flat gravel surface and is considered easy. Participants should wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather, and they are encouraged to bring binoculars. We will meet at the park office.

This program is free and open to the public. In the event of rain, snow or ice, it will be canceled.

For more information, call 816-640-5443.

Event time: 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
