The public is invited to an open-house style public meeting for Edward "Ted" and Pat Jones-Confluence Point State Park, First Missouri State Capitol State Historic Site, and the eastern section of Katy Trail State Park. Representatives from Missouri State Parks will be on hand to provide information and answer questions about these facilities. The public is invited to share comments about the facilities and their operations.
This meeting will be held in conjunction with First Missouri State Capitol State Historic Site's Statehood Day event, scheduled for noon to 4 p.m.

Meeting Location: First Missouri State Capitol State Historic Site Visitor Center and Grounds, 200 S. Main St., St. Charles, Mo.
Input from the public is important to Missouri State Parks. These public meetings, which are being held for all state parks and historic sites, help create two-way communication with the public. The meetings give representatives the opportunity to let people know the current statuses and future plans for the parks and sites, and they offer visitors the opportunity to comment on the facilities.
