At this time, parking is gravel and the mill is accessed over natural turf. A 9.8% railed ramp allows access to the front porch and the first floor of the mill.

The first floor is accessible and self-guided with interpretive labels. Interpreters are available to provide information and answer questions. A brochure rack is located inside the mill and provides visitors with site and other area attraction information. Souvenirs are also available for purchase. Exhibits are freestanding machinery with interpretive signs. Visitors are offered a guided tour of the upper floors of the mill for an admission fee. The tour includes three floors accessed using railed steps. For those who are unable to access the upper floors of the mill, a photo album featuring the equipment on the upper floors is available.
