An accessible ramp allows access to the first floor of Pershing's boyhood home. The main floor is accessible. A stairway ascends to the second floor. A flip-book allows those unable to access stairs to view those rooms.

This one-room school houses the site’s museum. A ramp leads to the front porch entrance. Accessible restrooms are provided with side-transfer toilets and lever-handled faucets.
