Come watch the Perseid meteor shower at the park! Staff will be available to answer any questions. We will meet on the lawn next to the playground at the picnic area. Parking is available nearby. We will be looking to the northeast and expecting to see an average of one shooting star per minute.
Please bring a lawn chair or blanket to sit on. The event will be canceled if it is cloudy. There is no need to make reservations. For more information, call the park at 573-449-7400.
