Friday

7 p.m. Firefly Craft - Campground Amphitheater
Do you want to learn a fun craft and help recycle? Join Washington State Park interpretive staff as they guide you in making your very own firefly craft out of recycled bottles. Approximately one hour.

Saturday

1 p.m. River Critters - Big River Day-Use Area
Washington State Park interpretive staff will help you see some of the critters of the river! Learn to examine and classify freshwater macroinvertebrates that are common to the area while having fun. Approximately one hour.

4 p.m. Insect Trek - Campground Showerhouse
What creepy-crawly creatures pester while you climb? Join Washington State Park staff for an easy interpretive hike exploring the insect world. Approximately one hour.

7 p.m. Butterfly Broadcast – Campground Amphitheater
Butterflies are one of Missouri’s most beautiful and fluttering creatures. Washington State Park interpretive staff will present a program all about butterflies. Approximately one hour.

Sunday

9 a.m. Nature Hour – Campground Amphitheater
Join Washington State Park interpretive staff for nature hour! During this session, visitors will learn about insects and complete an insect coloring activity. Approximately one hour.
