Seniors to Parks: Notable Missourians

Join park staff at the Camp Grand River dining hall for a fun-filled day on President Harry S Truman's 139th birthday. This is a day to learn about famous Missourians. Although only one United States president has hailed from the Show-Me State, there are many notable Missourians. The event will include lunch; a tour of the park; and a tour of the Thompson House, which is owned by the Friends of the Thompson House, co-hosts of this free event.

This event is intended for senior citizens. Registration is required and must be completed by noon on Friday, May 5.
