Join park staff on Saturday, May 16 for Crowder's Kids to Park Day event. Activities will include:
- 10 a.m. – Nature Exploration Hike – Beginning at Shelter 3 Parking Lot
We will hike approximately 0.5 mile, taking a closer look at objects along the trail.
- 1 p.m. - 2 p.m. – Nature Crafts – Lake Parking Lot
- 2 p.m. – Amazing Race-Style Challenge – Beginning at Lake Parking Lot
Are you up for the challenge? Race along our trails as you complete mental challenges. The first group back with the correct answers will win a prize! - 7 p.m. – Storyteller John Anderson – Campground Amphitheater
This storytelling program is sponsored by Missouri Storytelling Inc. through a grant from the Missouri Arts Council.
Event Time: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
