Fall Lake Hike

Do you enjoy walking in the crisp fall air and taking in the beautiful colors of fall leaves? Are you interested in learning about new plants and animals? If you answered "yes" to either of these questions, then join us on Saturday, Oct. 26 for a guided hike of Loess Hills Trail. This 1.8-mile trail circles Lake Wooldridge, an 18-acre fishing lake.

 

This hike will run weather permitting. In the event of heavy rain or lightning, it will be canceled. The trail terrain is rugged with many steep hills and narrow walkways. Please wear appropriate footwear – no flip-flops – and bring and use insect repellent.
