Night Skies Over Babler

Come explore the night sky at the park. The evening will kick off at the visitor center with a one-hour program called “The Fall Skies.” After the program, members of the St. Louis Astronomical Society will set up telescopes in the monument field to offer visitors views of a variety of celestial objects, including Jupiter and its moons; Saturn and its rings; and the many star clusters, nebulae and galaxies.

 

Everyone is encouraged to bring chairs, blankets and binoculars.
