Come be inspired with amazing stories of African American women enslaved in Missouri during the Civil War. Storyteller Carole Shelton will be portraying African American women in first person. Her stories and characters come alive as they invoke empowering thoughts and emotions for the listener. Although children are welcome to attend, this event is geared toward adults.
