Invasive or exotic plants are those that have been introduced into an area where they were not normally found. Such plants have the ability to thrive and take up valuable space needed for native plant species to grow. Garlic mustard is an invasive plant that has been identified in areas of the park. Visit the park to learn more about invasive plants and participate in removing some garlic mustard. Suggested items to bring are insect repellent, sturdy shoes and work gloves. Meet staff at the park office, located just inside the entrance gate.
