Food Preservation has been around for centuries, yet with grocery stores right down the road, most people have forgotten how to "can" their food. Join us at Current River State Park to learn how to safely make jelly and put up some yummy veggies. This class is taught by Cammie Younger from the Missouri Extension and is an extremely fun and popular class. Space and supplies are limited, so pre-registration is required.
