This hike will be on the Red Loop of White River Valley Trail. Red Loop is 2.9 miles long and is one of four loops on the 11.75-mile trail. The trail is a natural surface with an elevation change of about 120 feet. This loop runs through upland forest, areas of exposed dolomite rock and creek bottom lands. Please bring water and warm clothes, and wear good shoes for hiking. Meet at trailhead 1, which is located 1 mile south of Table Rock Dam on Highway 165.
Hike time: 10 a.m. - Noon
