Staff from Johnson's Shut-Ins State Park will be on hand to provide information about that park, Taum Sauk Mountain State Park and Jay Nixon State Park and answer questions. The public is invited to share comments about the parks and their operations.

Input from the public is important to the department. These informational meetings, which are being held in all state parks and historic sites, help create a two-way communication. The meetings give staff the opportunity to let people know the current status and future plans for the park or site, and they offer visitors the opportunity to comment on the facilities.
