First Day Hike

1/1/2018 | Hawn State Park | Ste. Genevieve, MO

Come to the park on New Year’s Day for a 3-mile hike on the park trails. The hike will begin on White Oaks Trail, then follow Whispering Pines Trail downstream along Pickle Creek to again join White Oaks Trail. The hike is considered moderate and strollers are not allowed as the trail is not accessible.

Bring water and snacks and wear sturdy footwear and warm clothes. For cancellation information, contact the park at 573-883-3803 or check the Friends of Hawn Association on Facebook. The event is cosponsored by the Friends of Hawn Association.

Hike time: 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Meeting Location: White Oaks Trail trailhead
