Park staff and local trail runner Jeffrey James Binney invite you to an Introduction to Trail Running Run. There will be a beginner level run (approximately 2 miles) starting at 10 a.m. at the special-use area. Everyone is welcome to attend no matter how physically fit you are. We welcome all running paces. There will be several breaks and opportunities to slow down and hike along the way.
There will also be an advanced Introduction to Trail Running Run (approximately 8 miles) starting at 1 p.m. at the special-use area.
Binney is an avid trail runner who runs on Crowder State Park trails frequently.
