In the fall of 1863, while both sides of our nation are finding new methods to annihilate one another, vigilante justice and retaliation are commonplace. Chaos is everywhere, but there lurks a new kind of lawlessness in Missouri and Kansas: Order #11 - an order that would change the lives of thousands forever. President Lincoln signed the order, but warned against soldiers taking matters into their own hands. This warning was completely ignored by many and the results were horrific. Listen to a first person account of what happened when a group of soldiers took matters into their own hands and hear the chilling price they paid for it!
