Staff from First Missouri State Capitol State Historic Site and Edward "Ted" and Pat Jones - Confluence Point State Park will be on hand to provide information about the these facilities and the eastern section of Katy Trail State Park and answer questions. The public is invited to share comments about the facilities and their operations.
Open House times: 1 p.m. - 3 p.m.
Location: First Missouri State Capitol State Historic Site
Input from the public is important to the department. These informational meetings, which are being held in all state parks and historic sites, help create a two-way communication. The meetings give staff the opportunity to let people know the current status and future plans for the park or site, and they offer visitors the opportunity to comment on the facilities.
