Space: The Final Frontier

10/1/2016 | Knob Noster State Park | Knob Noster, MO

This free program is the last of a series of six led by volunteer, James Miller (starman1000) and several local knowledgeable amateur astronomers. It is designed for all ages and skill levels who want to learn about the night sky and outer space. At this program, visitors will be treated to an adventure through the Cosmos. We will locate some of the basic constellations and stars in the sky and talk about some upcoming sky events.

The program will be located in the park’s special-use area; follow the signs. In the event of rain or cloudy skies, the event will be canceled. Please check Knob Noster State Park's Facebook page for up-to-date program information

Please bring something to sit on and a flashlight. Insect repellent is recommended.
