Homestead Days Festival

Experience history as it unfolds at this festival.  Admission to the event is free and the public is invited to attend.

Activities at the Homestead Days Festival will include the music of Judy Domeny Bowen and Ez n’ Dill, storytelling and demonstrations of frontier crafts.  There will be fun and games for children and adults. Living historians will demonstrate Nathan Boone's work as a hunter, explorer, soldier, statesman and farmer. A rendezvous camp and military camps will be open for tours. Historical interpreters will be available both days to tell stories of the Boones and their connection to the Missouri Ozarks. Fresh barbeque and other refreshments will be available from vendors in the concession area. Click here to read the news release.
