Tom Hartline, president of the Sedalia-West Central Chapter of the Missouri Archaeological Society, will be speaking about the Paleo Indian group in Saline County, Missouri. He will discuss the groups associated with the Paleo Indians and how they lived based on their stone technology. The Paleo Indians were present in Saline County, hunting and gathering in small bands of people, between 12,000 and 8,000 years ago.
