5/26/2012 | Knob Noster State Park | Knob Noster, MO
Local amateur astronomers will have their telescopes set up so visitors can learn about the night sky. The moon, Venus, Mars and glorious Saturn will highlight this evening of stargazing. You should also see several low earth orbiting satellites pass overhead and some nice "double stars." Bring something to sit on. Insect repellent is recommended. This event will be canceled if the sky is overcast or if it is raining.
Event times: 8:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
