Missouri State Parks and Wonders of Wildlife are partnering with a team of agencies to present the WOW National Outdoor Recreation and Conservation School in St. Louis. This family event offers recreational activities for beginners to try out with professionals. Come enjoy a St. Louis spring day fishing, kayaking, birding and more. You might just find an activity that becomes your new favorite hobby!
All activities will take place at Forest Park in St. Louis. Participants should dress for the weather; wear closed-toe shoes; and bring anything needed for a day spent outside, such as water, sunscreen and insect repellent. All program equipment will be provided.
Participation is open to everyone ages 5 and up, but registration is required. Registration opens March 7 and closes April 18; the fee is $10 plus tax per person. Registered participants will receive a morning snack, a boxed lunch and a T-shirt. Registration can be completed online by clicking here.
