Join Missouri State Parks and Boone Electric Cooperative on Wednesday, Oct. 16, or Thursday, Oct. 17, for the 13th annual Katy Trail Fall Colors Tram Tours. These two-hour round-trip tours take visitors on the Katy Trail between Rocheport and McBaine in the comfort of an open-air tram coach. An interpretive guide with a PA system will provide a presentation on the history of the Katy Trail, and commentary on the local natural and cultural history along the trail.
Tours will be depart from the Rocheport trailhead at 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. both days. Each tour includes six trams, with each tram providing seating for 20 people. Participants are encouraged to bring hats, sunglasses, seat cushions, sunscreen and water.
Free preregistration is required, and there is a suggested donation of $5 for adults and $3 for children ages 12 and under. In the event of inclement weather, the tours will be canceled.

- Tours begin at the Rocheport trailhead and make a round trip to McBaine and back.
