Organized Group Camps - Cuivre River

at Cuivre River State Park

Scout troops, school and church groups, families, weddings, and other organized groups can use any of the three group camps. The camps were constructed during the Civilian Conservation Corps era and include cabins, recreation areas and a dining lodge.

Camp Cuivre Dining Hall Rental

Watercraft Rentals

Kayak and canoe rentals are available only for those staying in the park’s organized group camps.

Rental times and dates:

8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend

Standard rental package ($100 total):

Three canoes

Two one-person kayaks

Additional rental items (not included in the standard $100 package):

One tandem kayak for $25

Up to three additional canoes for $25 each (if not being used by another group)

Up to two additional one-person kayaks for $25 each (if not being used by another group)
