Fifth Annual Safety Day at the Park

Park visitors will be able to participate in a variety of fun and informative activities designed to promote safety. Missouri State Park rangers will conduct safety programs including fingerprinting of young children with an Amber Alert identification kit, which can be kept by the parents in case of emergency. There will be a bicycle safety course for kids and adults to ride their bikes through. Kids who complete the course will be given an "official" State Parks bicycle driver’s license. This special activity will be at the campground amphitheater.
