Friday

7 p.m. Rain, Rain, Rainstick! - Campground Amphitheater
Weather brings one of its most distinctive features – rain. Do you love the sound of rain or a thunderstorm? Join Washington State Park interpretive staff to build your own rainstick craft. Approximately one hour.

Saturday

1 p.m. Overlook Hike – Park Office
This guided hike will travel a portion of the 1000 Step Trail (starting at the park office), leading to the scenic overlook. The hike is of moderate difficulty and approximately 0.5-mile on natural surface. Approximately one hour.

4 p.m. Beat the Heat – Campground Amphitheater
Summer heat has you down? Washington State Park interpretive staff will give tips and tricks for staying cool when it’s hot outside. Approximately one hour.

7 p.m. Weather Wonders – Campground Amphitheater
What do you wonder about the weather? Curious about the rain cycle? Washington State Park interpretive staff will present this fun and educational program about weather and its effects. Approximately one hour.

Sunday

9 a.m. Nature Hour – Campground Amphitheater
For this edition of nature hour, Washington State Park interpretive staff will discuss nature and feature a coloring activity.
