Charge of the Anderson House

3/2/2013 | Battle of Lexington State Historic Site | Lexington, MO

The Friends of the Anderson House and Elliott's Scouts will reenact the charge of Union troops up the stairs in the Anderson House to secure it and take southern soldiers prisoner during the Battle of Lexington in 1861. The activity will take place every 45 minutes and is free; donations gladly accepted.
