Halloween Bash: It's Haunting in the Park

Calling all goblins, ghosts and creatures of the night! Join us for an evening of Halloween frights and fun! Come dressed up as your favorite character and trick or treat your way through the campgrounds. Plus, enjoy Halloween games, interpretive activities, a haunted hike, and campfire s'mores. 

This annual event is free and open to the public. Guests are encouraged to bring a flashlight.

Event Schedule:

• 4-6 p.m. – Trick-or-treating in the campground; trunk or treat near the recycling station by the Mudlick Mountain Store and Grill
• 5-8 p.m. – Games and interpretive activities, free food, photo booth, and campfire and s'mores – all at Shelter 1
• 6-8 p.m. – Haunted hike at the amphitheater (no pets, please) – hike is offered repeatedly between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.

ATTENTION, CAMPERS: You’re invited to participate in the Seventh Annual Campsite Decorating Contest. Prizes will be awarded.  

All activities are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather.

Free parking will be offered at the Mudlick Mountain Store and Grill and in the field. Accessible parking will be available near Shelter 1.
