Join us at Onondaga State Park for our annual Halloween event: the Frightfully Fun Fest! This year’s event will take place on Friday, Oct. 24, and Saturday, Oct. 25.
On Friday, we will show a family-friendly spooky movie at the campground amphitheater. The showing will begin at 6:30 p.m. and will include complimentary hot chocolate and popcorn.
On Saturday, we will have a variety of activities in the campground from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Activities will include coloring, costume and campsite decorating contests; a pumpkin and monster hunt; naturalist stations; and trick-or-treating. The campground road will be close to traffic at 4:45 p.m. Saturday to allow for extra safety during trick-or-treating.
Regular camping fees apply, but the event itself is free. Campers are encouraged to provide candy for trick-or-treaters.
